Virtual Viewings
If you live outside the New York City Metropolitan area, have a very busy schedule or simply don't have time to attend a lot of viewings, searching for apartments on a budget, you may find yourself in a difficult position. On one hand, you definitely don't want to take an apartment site unseen, on the other arranging virtual tours and viewings can be very difficult. Some listings don't even offer them, and from the perspective of an agent potentially running left and right for a client you've never met may not seem such an inviting task.
For this reason, I am offering a flat fee concierge service.
At a flat negotiable fee, I can set up to 5 virtual viewings based on apartments of your choosing. While the money is non-refundable, it can also be applied to the broker's fee in your final deal.

A broker's fee in the state of New York will usually be one month rent to 15%. Discounts typically depend on concessions offered by the landlord, and whether or not the deal is split with another agent.
