And you know your budget...

But there are millions of places out there... and you're totally overwhelmed...

So we meet and talk...

I give you some disclosures to sign, and we work out an agreement...

Next thing you know, you get a message from me.

"I found a bunch of places.  Let me know if you like any of them and I can arrange some viewings..."

You reply...

"WOW, look at that kitchen.   All the cabinets.  It's spacious.   And the amenities are fantastic!"

And it's exactly within my budget!

We do a viewing.  

​You like one of the places so much you don't even want to see any of the others. 

"I don' t want to lose this one!"  

​Great let's put in an application....  hopefully it goes through.

If it doesn't we go back to the drawing board...

We may need to strategize a bit...

Another place, another application...  only this one is even better.

​"What a deal!"

A little waiting, a little hoping. (24-48 hours in most cases....)

And then...

"I just got a call from the landlord.

​Your application has been approved.  We just have to go over some paperwork and we can sign the lease as early as tomorrow..."

We transact...  The landlord and broker are paid, all documents are signed and initialed... 

and before you know it, it's moving day!
