Why am I being ghosted?

Don't feel bad about this.  You're not alone... it even happens to the best of us.

Reasons can vary, but I'll tell you that it even happens to agents dealing with agents.   It's not just you.

This isn't to say that there aren't ever nefarious reasons (and if there are, you report them); however, generally speaking (and depending on the platform) it is not uncommon to put in many calls and requests to agents and only get a select few responses.

Regarding my own policy, I strongly believe in Karma, meaning that even if I can't help you now, you'll remember how I took a second to get you to someone who can, and as a result put in a good word for me when the opportunity arrives.

This is one advantage of working with a Keller Williams agent.  You may put in a request that falls totally outside my field of expertise.   Depending how out of field it is, I may respond with a referral to a another colleague... or I might ping our agent's network overall and see what I can do to get you in the right place.  Due to the vastness of our network, the good news is that it would be rare that I can't offer you something,

Does this mean I never drop the ball?   Look, I'm human... accidents happen and  that's why my website has multiple points of contact.

In the end, I know how bad unreturned calls hurt, and how frustrating it is when it happens over and over, and my advice to you is simple:  pursue the help and services you need and never take it personally.   Odds are it's not you!

So feel free to call (or preferably text me today!)    I may not be able to pick up the phone right away, but I'll do my best to get back to ASAP.
