Not your typical agent...
Eddie has had a diverse range of experiences that have equipped him with a unique set of skills and perspectives which he utilizes in his work with clients. He has worked as a world touring musician, owned, operated and recruited for businesses in both the United States and Japan, and has held positions as a head teacher and adult educator, possessing dual graduate degrees from Rutgers University.
While spending two decades living in Japan, Eddie developed his business acumen, eventually serving as an executive coach and teaching presentation, job interview, and negotiation skills to top-tier researchers and government officials. Prior to that Eddie had been dedicated to community service and began his work in Philadelphia by helping immigrants and refugees. Upon returning to the United States, he resumed teaching before being called upon to assist in reviving the presence of one of the oldest Japanese restaurants in Manhattan.
Eddie's decision to pursue a career in real estate was prompted by his own struggles to rent properties and sign leases as a person living abroad and then, upon returning to the United States, having difficulty finding a place to live. He experienced firsthand the complexities of navigating the housing market in the United States and made a conscious decision to balance his time teaching at a non-profit organization with his work as an empathetic real estate agent.
