You may be wondering why I suggest on using WEEBLY as the platform for my budget design services. The reason is simple. If you're having a homepage designed on a shoestring budget it means you're not going to want to pay a lot of money for a designer to upload and update stuff overtime you want to bring it up to date. For this reason, you need an easy to use platform. WEEBLY is really easy to use, and once I lay out your page for you, you should have no trouble tweaking it and adding this or that. On the other hand, if the page is designed from scratch using DREAMWEAVER, you will need a professional designer to keep it up to date or will have to learn how to use a pretty advanced web design program. (This is why so many people launch great homepages, then end up abandoning them, even after they change their e-mail addresses and open up newer, cheaper to maintain sites.)
In answer to the next question, what about other platforms such as WORD PRESS and WIX and others. They're great too; however, if you like the look of my own site, be advised that it was created using a mix of WEEBLY'S onboard features, plus numerous design programs such as ADOBE, SPARK, PHOTOSHOP and others.
